사월초파일 하루만 개방하는 봉암사는 전국 사찰 중 유일하게 사찰 내에 설치하는 연등을 모두 하얀등으로 걸어두는 절입니다. 초파일 전날 저녁에 법회에 참석하시면 백등이 점화된 장관을 보실 수 있답니다
